Communication at Work Style Profile©

Participants are led through an exciting approach examining team building, diversity and communication using a new and innovative style survey on “Communication at Work”, by Gilmore/ Fraleigh. This unique survey focuses on style and communication under “calm” (normal situations) and “storm” (heightened stress situations) conditions. In addition to examining style awareness, participants will explore and develop powerful strategies for managing “excess” (unintentional stress shifts) in others and themselves. This survey is e-mailed, supporting materials are mailed, and includes a 1/2-hour coaching telephone debriefing session.
