Anger/Stress Awareness
and Management
Stress and conflict can never be eliminated,
but the management of it can be mastered in a positive way
when individuals learn to effectively deal with their
emotions and reactions. The workshop is designed to assist
participants in gaining insight on stress, anger, and
techniques to manage these impulses in various conflict
situations. Additionally, participants will discover
numerous "staying cool" and "creative strategies" to use in
the heat of conflict including practicing stress/self
management tools.
