Off the Shelf and Customized Training

Our training and consultation approach is based on a facilitation model in that we serve as guides and coaches of interactive learning and assessment, rather than professionals who lecture. We accommodate different styles of learning, while preparing clients for necessary changes to achieve success. The work of Evans and Associates emerges from our commitment to the realization of human growth and dignity grounded in values of trust, cooperation and participative decision making. We can either custom design or use client pre-established training instruments and develop a strategy or strategies to help clients reach their desired outcomes.
