Facilitation

We offer small and large group support in guiding, coaching, and directing groups to find ways to perform and sustain effective practices within their organizations. The facilitator assumes the role of trainer, process observer, advisor, and administrator. The facilitator ensures the group has a purpose and clearly understands it, and that the group is guided through the process to meet their objectives. Intervention is used as needed to identify and overcome barriers that may be holding the group back from reaching excellence.
