Workshops consist of learning how to effectively set-up and run a meeting, define the purpose of the meeting, review decision making options, understand criteria for selection, learn key roles in facilitated groups, use process checking, and facilitate logistical considerations. Participants learn how to introduce the use of facilitation as a discussion/decision making tool and how to implement techniques such as interpersonal and conflict management skills, so a constant flow of interaction by all parties involved reaches a desired and acceptable resolution.
